by far, the worst day on the entire trip. hated pretty much every second of it. ugh. we woke up around 9:30 and amandine said we were going to a park? so we asked her if we could shower and she said no..... oh. so we both felt gross. but we were like, oh, a park, maybe it will be pretty and blahblahblah. um. we walk maybe 20 minutes to some weird little park with like 4 things to play on. it's filled with little kids and like 2 benches. in all honestly it looked like one of this frickin parks that kids smoke in at night. lul, like really? we sat there for literally 2 hours and did NOTHING. this little kid kept throwing a ball and me and cristiana, omg it was so annoying. oh, i forgot to mention. our "mom" was like, a babysitter? or some shit... idek. but she was taking care of these 4 little kids. we were like.... oh. anyway. that was really annoying. after that, we walked back to the house and ate lunch. with all the little kids. it was pretty gross and annoying. not to mention awkward. we went back upstairs and literally had nothing better to do than sleep. so we took naps and then wrote in our journals. after that, cristiana went into the bathroom and a couple minutes later, came running back into her room with no pants on..... "CATHERINE, THERE'S A FUCKING STRAY CAT IN THE BATHTUB!" yeah, seriously. a random black cat that these people didn't even own. in the bathtub. oh. that was fun. cristiana called her mom and told her everything, too. we seriously did nothing. we had dinner, gross, and then we both took showers. um, MOST AWKWARD SHOWER OF MY LIFE. there was no shower curtain, and there was nothing to hold the faucet thing up by, so i had to put it on the floor. lmfao. honestly. then we went to bed. OH. that was fun.
